A top UN office said on Thursday that abuses committed by ISIS forces between July and September may amount to war crimes or crimes against humanity. A 29-page study listed a litany of gross abuses and violations of international humanitarian law.
The report also accuses Iraqi security forces and their associates of violations. Meanwhile, as Ebola spreads even on the Earlybird, news that Liberia plans to prosecute the airline passenger who brought Ebola into the U.S., alleging that he lied on an airport questionnaire about not having any contact with an infected person.
