English officials expect to have the outcome of the so-called Brexit vote by breakfast time in London, which means we should easily have the result by morning drive on the East Coast. Tom will have the results, what they mean, and what we can expect to happen next.
Obviously, if the vote is to leave to European Union, there will be an entire host of possibilities, whereas if the vote is to stay, it will be pretty much “carry on as before.”
