Well Saturday night was the annual White House Correspondents Dinner, and we’ll have a recap of some of the highlights from the evening, the final such event for President Obama…who may have been further buoyed by the decision of his oldest daughter Malia to attend his alma mater, Harvard, but not until she takes a year break after graduating high school this spring.
On Monday, the president will be doing a round of local television interviews, pushing once again for the Senate to take up the Supreme Court nomination of Merrick Garland, to which he also dedicated his weekly radio address. Doesn’t look all that promising.
