A judge has set a March 7 trial date for ex-pro wrestler Hulk Hogan in his $100 million lawsuit against gossip website Gawker.
The bay area resident is suing Gawker for publishing part of his sex tape.
Hogan claims he didn’t know he was being recorded during his sex romp with the wife of radio DJ Bubba the Love Sponge.
Gawker claims it had a First Amendment right to publish the tape.
