Americans continue to move to Florida in vast numbers according to a new survey of where they are relocating in June.
The ATTOM Data Solutions study says it’s analysis of loan applications shows the Tampa bay area is fourth most popular when it comes to places Americans will move and buy a home in the next thirty days. The most popular metros where people are looking to move and commit to a new home are in order; Colorado Springs, Charleston, S.C. and Raleigh, N.C.
Florida is also popular with Americans looking to purchase a second home. The same survey says Naples, Fort Myers and Sarasota are in the top five nationwide of metros where non-primary residences are being bought in June.
Those looking to invest are going to cities like Memphis, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Durham-Chapel Hill, N.C. and Dayton, Ohio.
