The slow stop and go along Interstate 4 and 275 is nothing new to most commuters. In fact, it’s usually strange if traffic is moving along those interstates during rush hours.
This morning was no different and what probably caused Tampa to be a trending subject on Twitter was an accident on westbound I-4 that was blocking the center lane.
