Joshua and Sharyn Hakken plead guilty to kidnapping charges last month. They are accused of kidnapping their sons and fleeing to Cuba and they were sentenced Thursday morning.
Joshua Hakken pleaded guilty to two charges of kidnapping and one count of grand theft auto, while his wife Sharyn pleaded guilty to two charges of kidnapping.
Joshua Hakken testified on his behalf. Sharyn Hakken’s parents were at the courtroom, too and they have custody of the Hakken’s kids now.
