St. Petersburg Police are working a fatal accident at 34th St. and 34th Ave. North.
Investigators are at the scene of a 3 vehicle crash at the intersection of 34th Street North and 34th Avenue North. Police say 34th Street is closed between 30th Ave. and 35th Ave. North. According to police, it’s expected to remain closed in both directions for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Police have no names or cause of the crash to release at this time. Preliminary information indicates that a woman in a red Chrysler LeBaron is deceased, the man driving is hospitalized.
Police say the driver of a Honda Accord is hospitalized and the driver and passenger in a Ford Explorer are not seriously hurt.
