With the head of the Secret Service, Julia Pierson, scheduled to testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Tuesday, new alarming word of how far White House fence jumper Omar Gonzalez actually made it into the White House. All the way into the East Room before being tackled and subdued in fact.
The revelation adds more concerns to security arrangements at the White House, and Pierson is expected to get grilled on the matter Tuesday, and may very well be armed with a set of new protocols to be put in place pretty quickly.
