The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are one vote away from millions of dollars in upgrades to Raymond James Stadium.
The Hillsborough County Commission has followed the stadium authority by approving $29 million in bed tax funds for luxury box and concession stands improvements plus more and bigger video boars and a better audio system.
Hopes are the upgrades will help land Tampa another Super Bowl.
Tampa City Council must OK the plan for it to happen.
Council takes up the issue Thursday.
