Friday the message was energy efficiency at a Walmart in California, as the installation of Solar panels at the White House was completed. This week, the President will swing by a major bridge construction in suburban New York City (a new Tappen Zee Bridge over the Hudson for those keeping track) and promote the ened for more infrastructure spending. Of course, the President has been urging Congress tod o a lot of things, to not much effect. In fact, in his most recent Hollywood swing, President Obama blamed Republicans for blocking 500 bills.
