A condemned Florida killer gets his case heard by the US Supreme court.
Freddie Hall, who is on death row for the 1978 slayings of a Lake County pregnant woman and a Hernando County Sheriff’s deputy, says he is mentally disabled and can’t be put to death according to a decade old high court ruling. However, state officials say while hall shows signs of being incompetent, he scores over 70 on IQ tests, making him eligible for execution.
