How Do We Define Florida’s Stand Your Ground Law?

Florida’s Stand Your Ground law, which was enacted in 2005, has been a controversial law since being passed. The Trayvon Martin shooting back in February 2012 made this law a hotly debated topic.

The Markeis McGlockton shooting in Clearwater in July has now brought the Florida law to a new level of debate. Erik Kuselias talks about the case , the racial overtones and the consequences of this investigation. Listen in to Erik’s provocative commentary on this topic.
