The Florida Strawberry Festival is quickly approaching, and today the 2018 entertainment lineup was released. This year’s lineup features big name artists such as Brad Paisley and The Band Perry.
The 83rd annual festival will run from March 1 to March 11 in Plant City. Advanced tickets for the festival and entertainment will go on sale Thursday, December 7, 2017, at 8 a.m.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.flstrawberryfestival.com or the Amscot Main Ticket Office at 2209 W. Oak Avenue, as well as by phone at 813-754-1996.

The festival will also feature strawberries and other fair food. Rides, crafts, livestock and free entertainment, will be there for guests.
The Strawberry Festival is a piece of Americana, a time in American history when fairs and festivals brought communities together. It has continued to grow in popularity over the years.
The event dates back to 1930 when members of the Plant City Lions Club conceived the idea of an event to celebrate the harvest of strawberries. After a six-year hiatus, the American Legion Post #26 helped get the Florida Strawberry Festival rebooted in 1948 following World War II.
