Law enforcement statewide is on the lookout for a four year old, missing out of Santa Rosa County in the panhandle.
Officials say little Alanda McCoy is likely with a friend of her mother’s, William Kavchak, 27.
The child was last seen in the town of Milton wearing a yellow spaghetti strapped tank top, a light colored skirt and blue flip flops.
She is 3 feet tall, weighs 41 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Kavchak is 6’2″, with black hair and brown eyes.
The two may be traveling in a green 2007 Mercury Montego with Florida tag Y53UNW.
