The death report has been revealed!
Former “Glee” star Cory Monteith passed away due to a mix of heroin and champagne on the night of his death.
The Glee star was found alone in his hotel room in Vancover on July 13th around noon. According to responders they spotted a “spoon with drug residue and a used hypodermic needle.” Also, they discovered two empty champagne bottles.
Reports say that Cory has had a history with using illicit drugs, and also spent time in rehabilitation.
