Kim spoke with host of Unique Sweets, Greg Cope White and Sarasota-based chef Giuliano Hazan.

White is in development for his own Food Network show. He is a cook/blogger and his memoir, The Pink Marine, just dropped. He served 6 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and now serves up pie on TV. He is also a contributor for The Huffington Post and Good Men Project. He spoke with us about his funny wild ride from the Marine Corps to sitcom writing, to cooking on TV.

Hazan is the award winning author of the best-selling cookbooks, Every Night Italian,The Classic Pasta Cookbook, How to Cook Italian, Thirty Minute Pasta, and Hazan Family Favorites. He teaches Italian cooking classes throughout the U.S. and at his school in Italy.
